Palm Desert Vacation Rental house

Warner Trail is an 1800 square foot executive home built in 2007 with 3 bedrooms and 3 full baths at the Palm Desert Country Club.

The gourmet kitchen has slab granite counters, stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice & water at the door, cooktop, oven, microwave, dishwasher and wine fridge. The kitchen nook table seats 6, and the counter has extra seating with 3 bar stools.

The Living Room features a 42" Panasonic HDTV with 5-speaker surround sound, views of the golf course and plenty of comfortable seating. All bedrooms have ceiling fans and HDTV’s.

The fenced rear yard features a fun water feature that the young and young at heart will love. The covered back patio faces east towards the golf course, and includes a misting system, outdoor speakers and ceiling fan, along with a patio table and 4 chairs. There are extra lounge chairs, and a stainless steel Charmglo BBQ.

Amenities at the country club include open to the public golf, a brand new clubhouse, a full size beach sand volleyball court, a full length outdoor basketball court, and several children’s play areas for kids of all ages. The rec center has a Jazzercise class most weekdays at 9am. There is a quiet shaded rose garden, and a large fenced dog exercise area for the pooches.
