This home is just minutes away from all the top golf resorts in La Quinta, down the street from the Indian Wells Tennis Garden, and just around the corner from the Empire Polo Club. This home is perfect for your golf group, family or corporate retreat.
Relax on the large back covered patio area around the private and heated custom salt-water pool & spa with the super soft water system, listen to the water bubbling along the cascading rock waterfall, talk to your friends sitting in the pool tanning shelf and enjoy the lush and colorful landscaping of palm & citrus trees against the backdrop of the mountain rising up before you. As the day winds down and turns to night, the dramatic night lighting comes on automatically, and you can watch the full desert moon come up over the top of the mountain.
Back inside the home, the fabulous fully-equipped gourmet kitchen awaits you with beautiful slab granite counters and backsplash, 48-inch Sub Zero refrigerator and stainless steel appliances including a GE Profile 5-burner gas cook-top, double oven with convection, microwave and dishwasher. The kitchen has many other upgrades including under counter lighting, raised European height maple cabinets with premium full-extension drawer glides, stainless steel sink with pull out faucet and Insta-Hot water. The Butler’s Pantry features granite counters. The rear yard features a stainless gas BBQ.
The large and luxurious Master Suite has a super-plush King-size bed, a 32" TV with DVD, phone, coffered ceilings with ceiling fan, recessed lighting and a huge walk-in closet. The adjoining retreat area features another King daybed. The Master Suites large private bath area has a dual sink vanity, and an oversize custom tiled shower with a raised bench and glass doors. Other features include a soaking tub with tile surround and steps. A complete Nursery set-up is also available with crib, high-chair and baby monitor. The glass door leads out to the covered rear patio area and pool/spa.
Bedroom Suite #2 also features a King bed, TV with VCR, ceiling fan, phone, a separate adjoining bath area with a large tile shower/tub, granite counters and separate closet.

Walk through the tastefully landscaped front courtyard and enter into this spacious single-story home through an oversize double-entry door. The entry looks straight through the formal Living Room through a wall of windows looking out across the pool to the mountain rising up in the back yard. Awesome!

The home is extremely quiet with additional insulation in all interior walls for increased sound-deadening. This home is 2-years young, and has maximum privacy for outdoor entertaining, dining, lounging and swimming.
Family Room amenities include the media niche with a large screen Panasonic High-definition TV and DVD. The gas fireplace with glass doors and log set is across from the separate wet bar with GE Monogram under-counter wine refrigerator, granite counter and a stainless sink.
Yes, you can plan a large dinner party, because there’s lots of seating for guests. The Formal Dining Room table has seating for 6, the kitchen nook table seats 4, the kitchen counter has bar stool seating for 3, the wet-bar has bar-stool seating for 2, the patio table set seats 4, the patio pub table seats 2, and the courtyard bistro table seats 2. Total indoor/outdoor seating for meals: 23!
Other amenities include telephone with free local and unlimited long-distance calling, free high-speed wireless internet, HP printer, scanner, copier & fax machine, a fully-equipped laundry room with Whirlpool DUET washer & dryer, ironing board & iron. Interstate 10 is a straight shot up Washington Street, allowing you to quickly head to Palm Springs and other Coachella Valley destinations.
