As you open the door to any of the Trafalgar Apartments, you may think you’re walking into a suite at the Ritz. These three luxury apartments are one of a kind in Breckenridge with direct access to world class fly fishing Blue River. Each of the 3 bedroom/3 bathroom Vail and Aspen apartments are lock off units that can be opened up to showcase 6 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, equal to any luxury private home on the mountain. Need more room? Then the 2 bedroom Keystone apartment in the garden level can also be rented at the same time to host even larger groups or family gatherings. All of the bedrooms in the apartments are uniquely furnished and features a name of the ski run at each of its namesake resort.
Trafalgar Apartments are individual apartments in a very large home on the river, in the heart of Warrior’s Mark neighborhood. Just 1.5 miles from downtown Breckenridge, there is a Free Ride shuttle stop at the driveway entrance, making it convenient for access to slopes. If the weather’s nice, it’s a nice 15 minute stroll to Main Street.
Anyone interested in fly fishing – look no further that the Trafalgar Apartment or the Trafalgar Lodge next door. It will be a dream vacation for the fisherman in you. Enjoy miles of gold rated river from your door steps. The greenbelt surrounding both sides of the river is owned by the local HOA, ensuring privacy and pristine conditions anytime throughout the year.
Trafalgar Vail Apartment – 3 bed/3 bath luxury apartment with views of Peak 8 and mountains. The Arrowhead, master bedroom has a king bed, queen sofa sleeper, gas fireplace, TV and full bath/shower. Second bedroom is named Holy Cross and has another king bed with bathroom with shower only. The Beaver Creek, third bedroom has a queen bed, TV, balcony and full bathroom. Gas fireplace in living room and TV for your entertainment. Mini-kitchens with custom cabinets with built in dishwasher, microwave combo oven, refrigerator and mini sink. Washer/dryer in hallway closet. Sleeps 6-8 guests.
Trafalgar Aspen Apartment – 3 bed/3 bath luxury apartment with views of Peak 8 and mountains. The Ajax, master bedroom has a king bed, TV, balcony with views of Peak 8 and shower only bath. The Snowmass, second bedroom has a queen bed, TV, balcony with adjoining full bath with shower tub. The third bedroom, Buttermilk, has a Captain’s bunk bed (twin top, full bottom), TV and a full master bathroom. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. Powder room off the hallway for guests using the sofa sleeper. Gas fireplace in living room and TV for your entertainment. Mini-kitchens with custom cabinets with built in dishwasher, microwave combo oven and mini sink. Full size refrigerator located in the washer/dryer laundry room. Sleeps 6-8 guests.
Trafalgar Keystone Apartment – 2 bed/1.5 bath luxury apartment in the garden level of the house. Much smaller than the Vail or Aspen apartment, it’s perfect for a couple or small family. The North Peak bedroom features a queen bed and the Ptarmigan bedroom has a trundle bed (two twins). They share a Jack’n’Jill style bathroom between the two bedrooms. Full sized kitchen with a breakfast bar, stainless steel appliances and dining table for four. Gas fireplace and TV in living room. Sleeps 2-4 guests. Outside the Keystone apartment hallway, there is a powder room and a stackable washer/dryer closet. It also has multiple boot dryers in individual closet to keep your boots warm overnight.
The three apartment shares a hot tub on deck facing the lawn and views of ski slopes. Each apartment has a ski/snowboard storage chest at entry. During summer, enjoy putting green, fire cauldron pit or horse shoe game on the river.
