Located less than 1 mile from Main St, this beautful 4 bedroom, 4.5 bath home is a great place for a family getaway. The Summit County bike path just outside your door offers a great way to spend your day together as a family. Bike or walk to the Frisco Marina and enjoy the sunny summer days.
After a great day of skiing, relax by the gas fireplace and recount the adventures of the day. Also on the main level is the dining room area with seating for 6 and additional seating for 4 at the bar. The kitchen is adjacent to the dining area and is stocked with all the utensils and cookware you will need for your vacation. There is a 1/2 bathroom on this level as well. The private hot tub on the deck is the perfect way to end a long day on the slopes.
Off the living room is the master suite with a king size bed and private bathroom with jack and jill sinks, a garden tub and a stand up shower.
Upstairs curl up and read a book in the reading nook and escape from the chaos of the day. There are also two bedrooms upstairs each with a queen bed and private bathroom.
The lower level rec room is where the action is. With air hockey, darts, a bar and a 70 inch TV with a DVD player, you may never leave this spectacular mountain home. The fouth bedroom is located downstairs and has a Captain's bunk (full bottom and twin top) and twin bunk (2 twins) and shares a bathroom with the rec room. Total sleeps 11.
