This lovely home is situated to give you easy access to the slopes during the day with the shuttle stop located only 2 blocks away. In the evening, a short walk gets you to shopping and dining.
The spacious living room has a gas fireplace where you can gather after a long day of skiing. Along with comfy leather couches, there is a TV, DVD player and stereo system. The kitchen features granite countertops and beautiful custom cabinets. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen and seats up to 10 with an additional two seats at the bar. Downstairs, the family room is a nice place to watch TV or play cards. With a kitchenette and table, it’s the perfect place for a family game of Monopoly. Check the entry closet upstairs for a variety of games.
There is a cozy loft between the main living room and the upstairs bedrooms offering sitting area with a library. Curl up here to read a book and enjoy a lazy afternoon. Nice views of the slopes from the windows too.
Upstairs, the master suite has a king size bed and a balcony. The private bathroom has a shower and a jetted garden tub. Off the master suite is a bedroom with a full bed. To access this bedroom, you must go through the master suite.
The third bedroom has a king bed and a private bath, off the main living room. Downstairs are 2 bedrooms, one with 2 bunk beds and the other with a captain’s bunk (full on the bottom, twin on top). These bedrooms share a full bathroom. The family room also has a fold out futon (full size) for additional sleeping. House sleeps total of 15 people.
Off the main dining room is a small patio with a gas grill. Complimentary WIFI.
There is a 1 car garage and the unit is just blocks from Main St. Breckenridge and the shuttle stop.
