The great room combines a living room with an open kitchen and a formal dining room on the side. Living room boasts a very comfortable leather couch with two reclining leather chairs. Great views of the magnificent two story rock fireplace and 60" rear projection TV make it a great place to relax. The fully stocked open kitchen has stainless steel Viking refrigerator, professional grade 6-burner stovetop and top of the line cooking gear. Granite countertop breakfast bar (seats 4 people bar stools) allows friends and family to visit while dinner is being prepared. Separate formal dining off the kitchen with a seating for 8 and a casual high top table that seats 4 additional. Charles, the butler, stands in corner at your beck and call.
The media room above the garage will be the perfect place for kids to gather while adults lounge in the great room, complete with air hockey table, card table and another 60" rear projection TV. Here you can experience a true theatre viewing with four reclining, leather theatre chairs, cup holders included. Sit back and enjoy the show!
Venture out to the back patio to find true outdoor relaxation. During summer, the running stream and pond will delight you. You can also sit out on the front porch in rocking chairs and take in the fragrant smell of the garden flowers in the front. Turn on the gas fire pit, slip into the six-person private hot tub and listen to the babbling brook that runs by the house. After soaking, take a seat in one of the Adirondack chairs, pour yourself a favorite beverage and warm up by the fire. Gas grill available if you get the urge to grill.

Though you may never want to leave the house for all it has to offer, the excuses are few when the convenience to explore Breckenridge is just at the end of your driveway. The free shuttle service stops right at the driveway (less than 50 feet from the house) to take you either to the base of Peak 8 or downtown Breckenridge to visit our many shops and restaurants.
