The understated exterior is a brilliant contrast to the breathtaking and exquisite interior. For those who admire opulence in finery, this home is sure to be filled with art, music, love, and laughter. You will feel as if you are in a fantastic novel in this antique sheik and elegant home. Beautiful wood furnishings and a spectacular view certainly put a polish to this home.
Built in 1996, this five-bedroom plus loft, five and one-half bath, 2,800 square foot townhome is offers a truly great location, spacious floor plan, and plenty of room to relax and enjoy a perfect vacation. It is situated only one block away from the Breckenridge Nordic Center, and about 6 blocks to the base of Peak Eight.
Upon entry, spaciousness is abundant in this home with a living/dining area surrounded by large windows. The living room has gas fireplace and entertainment armoire with 27-inch TV/DVD/Stereo/CD. The dining room has seats for eight. The fully furnished kitchen is separated from the dining room by a breakfast bar with three barstools.
On the upper level is the master bedroom with a king bed and private bath with a large jetted tub with separate shower. Second bedroom has two twins and a three-quarter bath. Third bedroom has a queen bed and full bath. Loft has a trundle and shares bath with the other bedrooms in upper level. Fourth bedroom is on the lower level and has a king bed and private full bath. Fifth bedroom is the bunk room with two queen beds in a bunk arrangement and private full bath. Lastly, family room has a queen sofa sleeper. House sleeps 16 people maximum.
On the lower level the family room has comfortable seating facing a 27-inch TV/VCR and French doors allowing access to the 6 person hot tub outside.
Two car garage and complete laundry facilities adds to the perfect vacation at this home about one mile from town. Shuttle to slopes.
