Ski & Racquet Club is a warmly decorated 2 bedroom/2 bath 1,050 sq. ft. condominium with a gas-burning fireplace located on the second floor of the Breckenridge Ski & Racquet Club "A" building. A very large deck will be the gathering place to enjoy the unobstructed view of the ski slopes and mountains to the south and east.
Queen master bedroom, captain's bunk in second bedroom and a sleeper sofa in living room sleep 7 people.
Washer and dryer are available in the apartment.
The Ski & Racquet Club condominium complex has covered assigned parking spaces, elevator service, clubhouse, an indoor swimming pool & spa, tennis courts, and additional laundry facilities in each building.
The complex is located near the south end of the town of Breckenridge, on Highway 9 (Main Street), near the Breckenridge Ice Rink. It is serviced by the Breckenridge Circulator bus route with the shuttle stop right at the complex entrance.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
