ISLAND TIME - Located in Old Town Key West near the famous Casa Marina, You are welcome home even before you walk in the door. The neighborhood is complete with conch style homes, little lanes, corner gardens and yes our famous Key West Roosters watching their chicks. Island Time is a spacious three story, three bedroom, three and a half bath home, with a private heated pool and lovely deck area surrounded by tropical foliage and shrubbery.
The first floor offers living room, sitting room, dining area, kitchen in an open and flowing floor plan. The rooms have high ceilings, hardwood floors and crisp clean trim and woodwork. The kitchen has been totally renovated with beautiful hardwood cabinets and all new appliances. There is also a half bath for convenience. French doors open off of the dining room to your own private swimming pool and deck surrounded with tropical plantings. Just off of the living room is a guest bedroom complete with bath.
On the second floor you will find a second guest bedroom, bright and sunny with bath ensuite. Also on the second floor is the master bed room with spacious master bath that has a porch looking over the pool and garden, great place for your morning coffee.
Other amenities include Flat Screen TV and BluRay DVD in the living room, iPod dock, pool with bench seating, water jets and water fall feature, BBQ grill and off street parking.
Entertain your guests with home cooked meals prepared in the spacious kitchen; linger over dessert in your dining room and after move to the pool for drinks! The choices are endless and you’ll have no problem keeping busy on our island and keeping happy in our home. Come stay and play in Paradise.
