Located in a small high quality complex of self catering luxury villas for rent, with a swimming pool, kids pool, immaculate landscaped gardens & car parking space. The complex has security & guard. 100m2 (1100 sq.ft.) of living space, 2 balconies and new furnishings. Sleeps 8 with a double sofa bed. Air-conditioning throughout. Clean linen and bathroom towels provided (please bring own towels for pool & beach). 1st Floor: Spacious lounge with sofa bed; balcony; television; radio/CD/tape, games. 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room and a WC with shower. A Deluxe open-plan kitchen and breakfast bar, including oven, microwave, gas hob, fridge, toaster & kettle. 2nd Floor: Includes a very large self-contained master double bedroom with en-suite WC and bathroom, plus a large sunny terrace. Apartment is 15% larger than others on the complex and so can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. Loungers and outside table and chairs are provided.

Although surrounded by mountains, the resort is very flat & so is ideal for those with mobility restrictions. A relaxed holiday resort with stunning views & 4km long beach. Many activities; excursions & Turkish culture. A great selection of bars, restaurants & shops is just 5 mins walk away. A gentle breeze keeps you cool on hot summer days. Enjoy all manner of water-sports, & at the end of day, the famous sunset. Take a 30 min water taxi through a nature reserve into Fethiye harbour, or 2 mins walk for the bus. Tennis & the aqua park are only a 2 min walk and a small kids play area next to the beach is just 5 mins. The blue lagoon resort of Olu Deniz is a short bus trip. Dalyan mud baths & ancient rock tombs; Gocek exclusive marina & fishing village are all nearby. Many great days out cover every possible kind of attraction and activity, incl mountains & day long boat trip. Sat club (10 mins) and Prison night club (7 mins) are close by. Calis and Fethiye markets are a must to visit

Fantastic first visit to Calis Beach

We just returned on Saturday from an absolutely fabulous week living in your villa in Calis. Your email was 100% true and we have found a little piece of heaven for us to return to after our first visit to Calis Beach.
The facilities are fantastic in the villa we can't fault it at all, we found everything we needed and it's location is within perfect reach of the beach.
My husband took some fantastic pictures and I don't think you will have any problem in promoting your villa and feel that you will have no problem finding people to stay.
Thanks again to the owner for the chance to stay in such a beautiful place,
we are definitely going to return a- probably very soon.

Lovely clean well appointed property, in a very good location,great balcony even better private roof terrace.

Minutes away from everything in 'Chalis Beach',minutes away from water taxi/dolmus services to Fethiye.Minutes away from marvellous Turkish market which is held every Sunday, great place to hone up your bargaining skills

Upkeep of pool and surrounding gardens are first class .

Perfect location for people with renal problems, there is a first class dialysis unit within 100m of the property.

Only criticisms , which are minor, would be, TV only receives Turkish channels, and the freezer is actually only a cool box within the refigerator
