This wonderful 1930's home with double adobe walls is located just off Canyon Road on Garcia Street within walking distance of the Santa Fe Plaza. The interior of the home is graced with vigas, latillas and diamond trowel plaster walls along with wood flooring and Saltillo tile throughout the home. You will find two inviting bedrooms, the master bedroom suite is appointed with a California King bed while the guest quarters is appointed with a standard King bed and a shower bath. The casita contains original signed Native American art. For your comfort and enjoyment, each bedroom is furnished with comfy bathrobes.The exterior of the home features three distinct areas for relaxing and enjoying the ambiance of the historic Eastside. You will find a "Stone Forest" water feature and an original Bill Worrell sculpture among the landscaping. The fruit trees of Apple, Apricot, Peach and Plum and a giant Russian Olive treewill provide the lounge area with all day shade. The fountain, stature and patios are illuminated by solar lighting for truly enchanting evenings in the gardens. Enjoy dining, cocktails and star gazing on the patio around the table with seating for six. Tall aspens line the private drive along the casita.To further enhance your stay, you will enjoy a fully equipped Stainless Steel kitchen, full size washer/dryer in the laundry room, refrigerated air conditioning, Kiva fireplace in the living room, dining table with seating for six, HD LCD TV with 185 Channels of Direct TV, CD/DVD/VCR, new AM/FM Bose stereo with remote iPod dock, fax and voicemail message, wi-fi high speed wireless internet access, a Stainless Steel BBQ grill with five burners and a 9' umbrella shading the patio table with seating for six.This very popular property is perfect for two couples!To visit all of our tours, please see our virtual tours page.
