An inviting walled courtyard entrance with covered patio welcomes you to savor quiet moments in this two bedroom, two bathroom condo located in a private, landscaped compound. Brick floors accent the high-ceilings in the living room that is furnished with an overstuffed sofa, easy chairs, traditional fireplace and writing desk. The dining room offers seating for six and has easy access to the well-equipped kitchen, also featuring a pass through to the living room. An additional courtyard is found off the dining room and is complete with outside dining table and chairs. Another wonderful feature is central air-conditioning. A rare amenity in Santa Fe! The two bedrooms each have large comfortable king-sized beds. This Santa Fe adobe is tastefully decorated and has easy access to Canyon Road and all of Santa Fe. The home has high speed internet and an attached 2 car garage. Please NO Pets and No Smoking at the request of the owner. One level SF style in Las Puertas Compound. 2 comparable bdrms w/king size bed in each. Formal dining room sits six. Traditionalfireplace. Lovely patios.
