A 3-story condo (one of 5 units) Trey Jordan modern "Adobe" is located within walking distance to the Plaza and Canyon Road. Light and airy contemporary condo offering three bedrooms, two full baths plus 2 powder rooms. The home has been professionally decorated and features high ceilings, exposed beams and heated brick floors (radiant heat?). There are 2 fireplaces, one is located in the living room and one is located outside in the patio and functions as an extension of the living area. The Stainless steel kitchen, which is fully equipped for gourmet cooking, opens to the dining room and living room. All the dinnerware was handmade by the owner, an accomplished potter. The furnishings are both elegant and comfortable, plus lots of books and original art. Approx 1800 sq ft.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
