This home w/ private guest house is located in the heart of the well established South Capital area of Santa Fe. It is on a quiet short street within walking distance of the Plaza as well as historic Canyon Road. The main house offers two bedrooms and two baths. The main living area and guest bedroom are upstairs and the master bedroom is downstairs. The guest house is a charming studio with full kitchen and bath, brick floors and some nice Santa Fe touches.Both properties share a front courtyard and private back yard. Off street parking is in the front of the property. This classic Santa Fe property was built in the 1940s but has all the modern conveniences including flat screen TV, popcorn maker, as well as children’s needs including a Pac n Play and highchair. The owner will consider pets and the property will sleep up to six guests.Permit #:08-00100270
