This pretty contemporary home is located off a quiet street a short uphill walk from the Santa Fe Plaza. It is a two story home located in popular Magdalena Compound. The two bedroom, two bath design offers an open living room with kiva fireplace which is adjacent to the dining and kitchen area. There is a small deck off the living room and a private courtyard off the entry to the home.There is nice privacy between the two bedrooms. The master suite is located downstairs and has a king bed. Access to the garage and laundry room is also downstairs. The guest bedroom is upstairs and we offer twin beds or we can convert that into another king for your personal convenience.In addition to the traditional kiva fireplace in the living room, you will find vigas, beams, pine and brick floors. This is the perfect place for the sophisticated Santa Fe traveler wanting the charm of Santa Fe with a contemporary flair. This home welcomes small dogs.Permit #:08-00100190
