This beautiful new 3 bedroom 3 1/2 bath home in a new development between the towns of Fraser and Winter Park has everything for a great family stay. The views of forest and mountains add to the excitement that makes this home so desirable. This home will sleep 11 people and the 1920 sq footage gives you plenty of space. On the entry level is a large bedroom with its own bathroom. This bedroom has a TV with a VCR/DVD, a stereo, games, a double sleeper sofa and a twin lounger chair. It also has a twin/twin bunk and a twin/double bunk, making it great for kids and teens. The Master bedroom has a king with its own bathroom. There is one other queen sleeper sofa. The 1 car garage, private outdoor hot tub and beautiful furnishings give this home the perfect touches to ensure a terrific lodging choice. Turnday: Any. Amenities: Internet, View, Washer/Dryer, Gas Fireplace, Hot Tub, Garage.
