Black Butte Ranch Vacation Rental house

NO SMOKING. NO PETS. This large home is on a quiet cul de sac. It is considered a "multi-generational" home. It has 4 seperate levels and plenty of space for privacy as well as get-togethers. You will leave your family vacation with your sanity! The garage is open for guest use, and the drive will easily handle 4 cars. Others can be shuttled from Lodge overflow or South Meadow complex. The wrap around decks have various upscale conversation and eating areas for a BBQ and enjoying a view of Black Butte & Mt. Jefferson. The home is nestled in the trees and provides a sense of forest privacy. The cushioned and comfortable upscale willow furniture will be hard to leave!


The entrance is to the combined living and dining room area. It is large enough for the extended family use and features tile floors. The dining has ample room for the crowd and there is a gaming table in the area which can be used for extra dining. A child's eating table is also available. The rock fireplace is inviting. It and the other fireplace in the kitchen have propane starters. Furnishings and decor are well coordinated and upscale. French doors lead to a large country kitchen. It has a fireplace and comfortable sitting area to entertain the cook. The kitchen is large and functional to prepare meals for your family and guests. A beverage size refrigerator/freezer fits nicely into the tiled island. There are two dishwashers for a fast clean up.. The island is a large work space that is nicely tiled. A second sink makes preparation and clean up a breeze. Guests can rest comfortably around the kitchen fireplace and watch the cook at work. The Master Suite is off the kitchen. It has a fireplace backing the kitchen one. It features Queen bed and TV with access to the deck. The 3/4 bath has a large walk-in shower and ample dressing area.


Down a short stair off the kitchen is a TV room with large flat screen TV/DVD and comfortable seating. The couch is a hide-a-bed for additional bedding as ncecssary. A day bedded room is off the TV room. It has a twin trundle for extra guests. A full bath and stacked washer/dryer service this area. Two water heaters provide enough hot water for this multi-family home. At the entrance are stairs leading to the lower and upper levels. Upstairs is a large landing with comfortable seating to get away from the crowds for reading and privacy. There is a full bath and two bedrooms on this level. One is a Queen and the other has two twins. A skylight in one provides great view of Black Butte. The home does not have AC but does have a controlled air circulation system which brings in the cool night air through the upper level and down to the main level. The lower level has its own full size refrigerator and a laundry room with washer/dryer. There are two bedrooms, a king bedded room and a room with double bunks. The bunks have full size beds below and twins on top. There is a full bath at this level. The King room opens to the lower ground level of the home. A large rec room rounds out the lower level. It has a full size pool table, TV and a treadmill. Wrap around bench seating provides a good place for the critics to sit.
