The wrap-around deck provides entrance to the living area as well as to an atrium. The expansive deck has two seperate upscale seating areas, a propane BBQ, hot tub and a propane deck heater and lighting. Watch the golf action up close! The home has hardwood floors, tile and premium carpeting throughout. The decor is eclectic country with well appointed decor, antiques and accents. The living room is comfortable over-stuffed seating. There is a rock fireplace, TV/VCR. A wet bar separates the entry from the dining area. The dining room seats 6 people. Lots of windows and deck access make the area light and bright. The kitchen is modern, well appointed and has coordinated appliances. Granite counters invite the gourmet to spend time in the kitchen. The atrium leads to the outside from the Kichen. It is a great warm room to read in the winter or have some conversation privacy, year round. There is a Queen bedroom downstairs with an interior vanity. There is a 3/4 bath with shower. Upstairs is a large loft area which serves as a family room. It has a TV/VCR and is a great second gathering spot. Also upstairs are two additional bedrooms. One is a King and one is a Queen. These are large bedrooms and one has its own juliette balcony. A full bath can be shared upstairs.
