This property has many dining and relaxing areas all with scenic open water view. There's a table and bench on seawall, table and chairs on TWO upper decks and of course there's an inside formal dining area. The master bedroom has a queen size bed, double mirror closet and wicker drawers. The guest bedroom has a private deck, a full size bed, wicker drawers and wood shelves. The kitchen is open with easy access to dining and living room area. Flat screen TV with DVD in living room. The bathroom is large and bright. Fresh clean ambiance with tile floors through- out this property. Central Air, Washer/Dryer and a gas grill are included with this property for your additional comfort and relaxation.

Venture Out has a heated swimming pool, Jacuzzi, Tennis, Basketball and Bocce courts, Marina with ocean access, convenience store, recreation center and seasonal activities.
