This beautiful 2-story home was completed in 2006 and is situated on one of the “8 Lakes" in Southwest Cape Coral with direct access to the Gulf of Mexico. The air conditioned living area is approximately 3,400 sqft. The oversized Southern exposure lanai with its tropical open air bar, the solar and electrically heated pool and spa as well as the huge boat dock with tiki hut are perfect for Caribbean fans with extraordinary taste. The extravagant furnishings and décor with Italian floors and coordinated accessories as well as granite counter tops meet highest expectations. The option to rent the “Havana Suite" on the second floor ($300/week) and the option to rent the boat ($990/week) make Villa Hemingway a jewel in Southwest Florida.
