This villa is located high atop the NorthShore of Lake Las Vegas Resort in the V Community. This 1,600 square foot townhouse offers 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 bathrooms with the living room, kitchen and dining area located on the first floor and bedrooms on the second floor. It also features a patio and a private veranda off of the master suite with views amazing views of The Reflection Bay Golf Course, Lake Las Vegas and Montelago Village.


The living room offers a flat screen television with comfortable seating and an elegant fireplace.


The fully equipped kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and a breakfast bar which seats 2. The dining area has a table which can seat up to 6.


The patio has views of The Reflection Bay Golf Course, Lake Las Vegas and Montelago Village.


The master suite boasts a king size bed, flat screen television and a private veranda. Master Bathroom has double sinks, shower stall and Jacuzzi bathtub.


The second bedroom offers a queen size bed and a flat screen television.


The third bedroom features two twin size beds or optional king bed and a flat screen television.


A second bathroom which has a stall shower is located in the hallway and is shared by the guest bedrooms.


This villa also has private laundry room, attached one car garage and is conveniently located to the community clubhouse showcasing a game room, fitness center, 4-hole putting green and multiple swimming pools with cabanas.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
