This fantastic 3 bedroom penthouse oozes quality & is available throughout the year. It's elevated position affords fantastic views from the wrap-around front balcony, with it's sun terrace at one end. The penthouse has 3 bedrooms, (1 double, 2 twins), & 2 bathrooms (one en-suite shower room, & one full bathroom). The lounge/dining area has patio door access to the large balcony, & entertainment consists of TV with Free to Air Sat channels & DVD player. The ultra modern kitchen is fitted with every amenity for a comfortable stay, including washing machine & tumble dryer. The bedrooms are very comfortable, all with fitted wardrobes, & 2 bedrooms share the balcony. The apartment benefits from under floor heating in every room, each with individual thermostat controls. In summer, the elevated position means that it receives the sea/mountain breezes and so remains cool throughout, even on the hottest days. This property has every ingredient for a truly enjoyable family holiday.

The penthouse is situated in a fantastic new development, Quinta da Boa Nova, just outside Ferragudo. The complex has a fabulous large adult and separate children's swimming pool and two tennis courts for guests' use. The area is beautifully landscaped and the views from the apartment, with it's elevated position, affords fantastic views to both the sea and mountains. The quaint fishing village of Ferragudo, with it's numerous restaurants and bars is a mere 5 mins drive. If golf is your interest, there are 2 18-hole championship golf courses within 15 mins. All the major attractions such as Zoomarine, Aqualand and Slide & Splash are within 20/25 mins from the apartment, with the fabulous Caneiros Beach, and it's restaurant on stilts, is a mere 3 mins.

Notes: We operate a no smoking policy internally. However smoking is permitted on the balconies. The property sleeps 6 but an additional person (i.e. youngster or baby can be accommodated in either a Z Bed or cot at minimal extra charge). Check in time is 1400, check out at 1000 to enable full clean up. All linen and bath towels supplied. Linen changed weekly, towels twice weekly. Maid service weekly. We hold a full portfolio of additional photos of the penthouse, please just ask if you would like us to send more. Fabulous swimming pools, one adult, one for children which is shallow and visible from all parts of the pool terrace for easy supervision.

Beaches: Caneiros Beach is approx 3 mins drive. Pintadinho & Ferragudo Beaches 5 mins drive.

Attractions: Zoomarine (where you can swim with dolphins), two aqua parks (Slide & Splash, Aqualand) are within 20 mins drive. River and coastal boat trips are available from Portimao (15 mins drive).

Other Activities: Jeep Safaris, Sub Aqua excursions/courses, scenic flights in Cessna Aircraft around Algarve
