Smartly furnished, yet entirely comfortable. Filbert Lane #13 is a 3 bedroom and 2.5 bath on a quiet street. Sleeps 6 people in two Queen bedrooms and a Twin with a Trundle in the 3rd bedroom. Queen master bedroom is downstairs and rest of the bedrooms are upstairs. Queen bedroom and Twin bedroom have a bathroom inbetween them. Gas fireplace in the Great Room. Loft has couch and TV. 3TVs, 2VCRs, DVD player and a stereo with CD player. Large deck with hot-tub faces common area behind the house. There are bikes for your use in the double car garage. Please no smoking and no pets. Air-conditioning.
