One of the best lots in Sunriver, 20 Siskin is a three bedroom, three bath home that sits on a quiet lot right on the Deschutes. Almost every room offers breathtaking views of the river, especially the sun room off the back deck with a private hot tub.

Walk through the front door into a huge living room with vaulted ceilings and enough couches to sit 16 comfortably! Entertain your family and friends and enjoy the view of the river through the wall of windows. This great room offers a TV/VCR/DVD/CD Stereo and a wood burning fireplace for those chilly winter nights.

Off the great room is a formal dining room that seats 8. You will find additional seating for 7 in the spacious kitchen with plenty of room to prepare a meal for a large gathering. In the summertime, utilize the large back deck and lawn area for a BBQ or just relaxing by the river.

Each bedroom features its own full bath. The first bedroom offers a queen size bed and TV/VCR. The second and third bedrooms, considered master suites, both offer king size beds, and one also features a TV/VCR.

Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. The bottom line is you get VRBO rates with the peace of mind of an excellent local guest services team.
