This fully-equipped home is located in beautiful Cape Coral, Southwest Florida on the Rubicon Canal. It offers gulf access within 20 minutes. It features three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a private pool. The home was built in 2002 and has been newly furnished and updated with new paint and tropical decor in July 2009. • The Kitchen offers everything you need: a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, ice maker, coffee maker, toaster, waffle maker, cooking utensils, dinnerware and silverware, pots and pans, a variety of spices, glasses and tumblers.


• The Family Room features a comfortable love seat and queen sized sleeper sofa. There is a 47" LCD HDTV with a DVD player and surround sound. Bring your iPod as the sound system has an iPod connection. There is a Playstation II with plenty of games. An extensive selection of DVDs is also available. • The large Lanai offers outside dining and a Gas BBQ grill. The pool is solar heated and offers four lounge chairs, pool floats and toys. The dock offers yet another outside dining area. • The Master Bedroom offers a king sized bed with luxurious linens and is decorated in a tropical motif. The large walk-in closet has plenty of room for your belongings. There is a 32" flat panel LCD TV. The private master bathroom features a walk-in glass block shower, linen closet, make-up mirror and hair dryer.


• The Second Bedroom features a plush queen sized bed and is decorated in a beach or cottage motif. The generous closet and dresser offer plenty of storage. There is a 32" flat panel LCD TV. • The Third Bedroom offers two twin sized beds. It is welcoming to both children and adults as it is decorated in a fun and tropical theme. There is an LCD TV/DVD combo. • The Laundry Room has a washer and dryer for your use. We ask that you wash darks separately and be sure to shake out all sand prior to washing. All-natural Hypoallergenic laundry detergent are available for you to use. Cape Coral has much to offer. It is the perfect place for a vacation getaway. It is a short drive to the most beautiful beaches and fine dining in Southwest Florida. It is less than 30 minutes from Fort Myers Airport and Fort Myers Beach; 25 miles to Sanibel; 32 miles to Captiva and Bonita Springs and an hours drive to Naples. With over 400 miles of salt and fresh water canals.


Cape Coral is known as the Venice of America. You can rent a boat for fishing or cruising the beautiful canals. Spring Training for the Minnesota Twins and Boston Red Sox is right here in Cape Coral. Other spring training camps are not far away. There are several golf courses nearby and plenty of stores for shopping. Or spend the day at the Sunsplash Family Water Park. Then complete your day with an evening of live theatre shows or exciting night life that Southwest Florida has to offer.
