6 townhomes conveniently located in SE Cape Coral, close to shopping and Fort Myers. Each of the 6 units has its own small swimming pool (only Unit 106 has a heated pool). One car garage, dining, two story living room, kitchen, laundry room, and a half bath on the first floor, 2 bedrooms (one with balcony overlooking the pool and canal) and two bathrooms are located on the second floor. These units are our best value by far.

This unit is an end unit and is the only unit at this complex with a heated pool (electric heated). Please note: Separate electric charges apply. We also offer boats for rent!

BBQ grill rental available for an additional charge.
