This home is conveniently located near shopping plaza and also just a jump over the bridge to get to Florida's City of Palms, Fort Myers. This spacious home has 3 beautifully decorated bedrooms with a modern touch and each has its own bathroom. Flat panel TVs in all bedrooms make this the perfect place to relax. Fantastic master suite including jetted tub. The home is located on a gulf access canal and has a beautiful water view. The home features a boat dock and lift to make it convenient for all your boating needs. Relax on the lanai, in the pool or just enjoy the nice summer breeze by the dock sitting area. The pool is solar heated, an electric heater will be added in January 2010!!! The solar heater will be more than sufficient for the warmer summer and milder fall months. We also offer boats for rent!
