Enjoy this lovely two bedroom townhouse with covered parking and screened, ground floor patio! Landings of Largo; a very well maintained gated community near the heart of Key Largo. Two pools, tennis courts, clubhouse with kitchen available for private where boat dockage may be available to be security and impeccably maintained grounds. Monthly rentals have a $125.00 cap on utilities. A $50.00 non-refundable impact fee must be paid upon arrival to the onsite Landings of Largo manager in order to receive a parking permit.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
