Ground floor has family room with kitchenette for convient snacking, bed and bath, one car garage with laundry facilities and expansive patio that brings the outside in. Access the main living level via a spiral staircase from inside or here you have a birds-eye-view of the fishing vessels returning with the day's catch. Complex offers; two tennis courts, playground, beach, fishing peninsula, lagoon and beach, pleasant walking areas and on-site security. Monthly rentals have $250.00 cap on utilities.
This home is cared for by a locally-based property management staff, to help you when needed and to ensure that your stay with us goes smoothly.
