Upstairs you will find a full bath, two additional bedrooms, one with a king bed, the other bedroom offers a bunk bed that is twin on top and full size on the bottom and a twin day bed. The spacious loft offers a futon, reading chair and twin bed for a relaxing place to take an afternoon nap. Enjoy the natural surroundings, play on Laurel Lake or simply relax on the wrap around porch for peace and serenity. Cancellation / Transfer Policy:
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
