This exquisitely constructed log home exudes luxury and decadence, while its spectacular open floor plan invites you with two very large master suites, wood burning and multiple gas fireplaces, state of the art electronic theatre system and family room large enough to accommodate everyone in your group.
The great room – living room with picture windows overlooking the fairway, formal dining room and kitchen – will be the main gathering place for your family. In the corner, there is a floor to ceiling wood burning fireplace to warm up after a day on the slopes. Wall mounted 46" LCD TV is available should you want to keep up with what’s going on with the rest of the world. The gourmet kitchen is furnished with Wolf six-burner gas range, Subzero side-to-side refrigerator, country style sink, bar sink, convection oven and microwave. There is a very large deck off the formal dining room with deck furniture to enjoy the majestic mountain views, anytime of the day.
Master bedroom suite on main level with a king bed, gas fireplace, LCD TV and views of fairway. Master bathroom features a multi-headed steam shower stall, deep soaking tub, double sinks and very large custom closet. There is also a large sitting area as you enter the master bedroom with a chaise lounge. (sleeps 2)
Entire upstairs is dedicated to the second bedroom – completely private – with a Romeo & Juliet balcony overlooking the great room below. It has a queen bed and an en suite bathroom with a shower. (sleeps 2)
Three additional bedrooms are located on the ground level. Third bedroom is a mini-master suite with a queen bed, gas fireplace, LCD TV and bathroom featuring steam shower, soaking tub, double sinks and built in closet (sleeps 2). The fourth bedroom is bunk room next to the mini-master suite. It has four built-in full size bunk beds with custom drawers for each bed underneath (sleeps 8). The fifth bedroom is on the other side of these rooms – across the family room, which we call “The Pub Room". There is a queen bed, LCD TV and views of fairway (sleeps 2). The bathroom (can be shared with the Pub Room or the bunk bedroom) is a full bath with a tub. The house can sleep up to 16 people very comfortably.
The Pub Room will be a wonderful family room with a large gas fireplace, 52" LCD TV and full kitchen. Very inviting built-in bench seating available along the picture windows, looking out to the fairway. This Pub Room and the fifth queen bedroom can be locked off as a separate unit for privacy.
Private covered hot tub accessible from the Pub Room on ground level overlooks the fairway and the mountain range. So peaceful and quiet, it will be a home to remember. Enjoy the golf course in summer, but during winter, the golf course transforms into Gold Run Nordic Center, a cross country ski paradise for all ages.
