Feather Top Estates located in the middle of Sundance and Millie’s Mile on the side of the mountain; from here you have access to the Black-forest Express or you can go to the Bullet Express.Dwight Out is the 2nd stand alone chalet on the right hand side on Feathertop Road. One car garage with internal door into the chalet, plus one car space off the road, extra cars will need to be parked at Happy Valley.Enter this chalet into the main floor, the hallway with heated slate floor a half bath to the left and to the right a door into garage. The whole living room has beautiful wood floors, dark wood cabinetry and wood ceilings. The kitchen is fully equipped with a full height fridge and freezer with chilled water and ice dispenser, dishwasher, small micro-wave, electric oven gas hob, plus all other kitchen implements you need. Sink has a window over it and overlooks the side of the slope and towards Millie’s Mile. Large granite topped Center Island, with a breakfast bar and 2 stools separate the kitchen and dining area. The dining table is solid wood and oblong with 6 leather dining chairs. A window is at the foot of the table overlooking the road and towards Millie’s Mile.Sink into large comfy fabric sofas to watch a film on the 42" flat screen TV and DVD player, a gas fire which is surrounded by slate tiles, with solid wood mantle, cabinetry and ceiling, 2 leather arm chairs and large windows with far reaching views of the Monashee Mountains. Patio door leads onto balcony with mains gas BBQ and views.Carpeted stairs lead down to the middle floor with a large landing with sofa bed, right hand door leads you into the large master bedroom with wood framed king bed, bed side tables, chest of draws, built in cupboard, large picture window looking out onto Monashee Mountains and private bathroom. The bathroom has a steam shower, heated slate floor, 2 separate basins, and small window looking out onto side of chalet.The second bedroom has a queen bed with solid wood header, large walk in closet; a window overlooks the side slope. The shared bathroom has bath tub with shower over head, heated slate floor.Carpeted stairs lead to the ground floor to a large den with flat screen 42" TV, large sofa bed, arm chairs, a small table with 2 chairs. To the right of the stairs is the boot room with heated slate floor, custom made boot dryer, bench and back door access to ski locker, ski runs and a hot tub is to the right outside on the deck under cover. The next room is the 3rd bedroom with double bed with a single over the top, built in cupboard and small window over look ski run and mountains. To left of den is the 3rd bathroom with bath tub with shower over and heated slate floor. At the bottom of the stairs is a closet with stacking washer/dryer.
