The stairs from the the back of the property lead straight onto Exhibition Ski run, which leads down to the Snow Ghost Express and Ridge Rocket Express.You are approx a 10 minute walk to the village.Once inside the unit you have amazing views across the valley to the Monashee Mountains, these can be appreciated from the luxury of the hot tub situated on the front deck.The unit is 1240 sq ft and has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and is 1240 sq ft in size. There is a fully equipped kitchen with tiled floor and is open plan to the living room and dining room.In the living room there is a rock face gas fire and plenty of comfy seating to relax in after a hard day on the slopes! In the den there is a PS2 to keep any children/adults occupied.Bedroom 1 has a Queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has a single over a double bunk. The den has a double sofa bed.Parking is provided for 2 vehicles in the heated garage. Any excess vehicles must be parked at Happy Valley.
