This property was built in 2001 and is lovingly looked after by its owners, located in Snow Pines. Ski out from the back door down the ski run that leads to Snow Ghost, Ridge Rocket and Plaza Chair, this will take 3 minutes. Ski in access is from Serwa’s (a green run from the top of the mountain) take the first right turn you can after the ski bridge over the road to Silver Tip and this brings you to the back door.To get to the village center there is a very pretty lit walking path (groomed by snow cats every evening) that will take 20 minutes or you can catch the free Big White shuttle bus. The bus stop is located at the top of Snow Pines Crescent, a 5 minute walk from Moondance Eagle.Parking is available for 2 cars off the road. More cars and you will need to park them in the free Snow Pines over flow car park. From here inside steps lead up to the top floor apartment in the four plex. Enter into a small dark hallway with slate floor, bench, and the door straight in front takes you to the 3rd bedroom. This has a single over double bunk, futon sofa, chest of draws with 27’ TV, VCR player and Playstation 1, a small window look out onto the adjacent chalet. In the hallway to the right is a closet with washer and dryer and steps lead up to the main living room floor, then go up to the 2nd floor.Main floor.First door on left is the shared bathroom with bath tub; shower over head, basin, toilet and no window. The whole living room has wood floors, cabinetry and exposed beams in ceiling giving it a rustic feel. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge with freezer on top, gas hob and electric oven, microwave and dishwasher. Kitchen sink has a window which overlooks adjacent building. A large center island provides a breakfast bar with stools and a great work surface. A long oblong wood table with 10 chairs lies against the inside wall. The full length of the front wall in the lounge is double height windows that look into Snow Pines Crescent and the Monashee Mountains. The inside wall corner has a slate clad gas fire place, a wall mounted TV with DVD player that can be pointed towards the sofas or dining table. 2nd Floor.Enter into a large landing which acts as boot room with 2 long benches for putting on boots, hooks. This is where the back door is for the hot tub and ski locker and run. A door on right leads to 2nd bedroom with queen bed, bedside table, built in closet, steps up lead to a full bath room with bath tub, shower over head. A full length window overlooks the hot tub .3rd Floor.Enter into the spacious master bedroom with queen bed, chest of draws with 18’ TV, half a wall with shutters looks over the lounge and windows facing south, plus a small window looking out onto the adjacent chalet. A private bathroom with shower only, basin and toilet.This chalet is full of charm and interesting features, but does have four sets of approx 6 stairs to get up to the property.
