This custom built quality 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home with private sand beach is located on a "island you can drive to," which is only 10-minutes from Lunenburg (UNESCO Heritage Site).

Baywatch features an open floor plan with floor to ceiling windows, hardwood floors, and a large wrap-around porch, which are just a few of the finishing touches on this 3+ acre property with a private sand beach. Meticulously maintained, the cottage emanates warmth and charm offering spacious bright sun-filled rooms , impeccable wood floors and comfortable furnishings.

The main floor is a open concept living with a queen bedroom and bath. Downstairs comprises a large bedroom with two (2) double beds, full bath and French doors that open onto the garden. The upstairs level features a reading/TV room loft (double hideabed) with half bath.

A paradise for bird watching, walking, canoeing, kayaking, sailing. Only 10 minutes from historic Lunenburg, 15 minutes from Mahone Bay, an hour from Halifax (airport) or Peggy's Cove. Near exquisite ocean beaches, fine restaurants, festivals, museums, golf.

Don't mind the deer stealing the apples from the trees in the meadow! This is truly a spectacular place.

Just wanted to take a minute to thank you and let you know how much we
loved the cottage. I've dealt a lot with renting over the internet
and you're never sure how it's going to turn out. For once, I think a
website may have undersold the Baywatch Cottage in Lunenburg. It was a
great spot and everyone in my group thoroughly enjoyed their time
there. It more than exceeded our expectations and the surrounding
area was great to explore. I would recommend "cottage connections" to
any and all of my friends, thanks for helping a great vacation come
together!! If you could also pass along our thanks/thoughts to
owners, it would be appreciated. We will be back.
