The Aspens is comprised of three separate buildings and a row of townhouses, all built to a very high standard and designed with luxury, opulence and comfort in mind. Drive into the Aspens courtyard and the garage code pad is positioned so that you open your window, punch in the code and have the garage door open without once needing to get out of your car until you are inside the underground heated car park. You are allowed one car space with guest parking available upon request. The condo is accessed by elevators servicing 2 condos per floor. Unit 206 is located on the 2nd floor. Your ski locker is next door to the front door. The condo is all one level once inside. The hallway has a heated slate floor, bench and hooks for hanging coats. From here turn left on beautiful hard wood floors that lead you into the main living area. To the right is the fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances; these include a large fridge and full height freezer with a chilled water and ice dispenser, an electric oven with gas range, a microwave, wine fridge, dishwasher and garborator. Solid wood cabinetry, floors and granite surfaces complete the luxurious feel. The kitchen has a large center island complete with a sink and breakfast bar with 3 leather stools. To the left from the hallway is a separate dining room with an immense solid wood table and 8 dining chairs. The lounge room has large comfortable sofas and armchairs arranged around a beautiful stone clad gas fireplace with a wooden mantelpiece and solid wood cabinetry. A television is set into the cabinets. The lounge picture window overlooks the Aspens courtyard and Monashee Mountains beyond. Behind the sofa is the patio door leading onto the small balcony with a private hot tub and a gas BBQ. To the right of the living room a door leads to the large master bedroom. A dark wood sleigh king bed, built-in wooden cabinetry furniture, chez lounge sofa, and a flat screen television on the wall await you. The en-suite bathroom has a steam shower, heated slate floor, built-in wood cabinets and a separate room for the toilet. A small window in the principal bedroom overlooks the Aspens' courtyard. From the main hallway the first door on right is a large laundry room with a separate washer and dryer, a ski boot dryer/warmer and storage. The second bedroom has 2 single beds and a bedside table, but does not have a window. A third bedroom houses a queen size leather bed, a bedside table and a large wardrobe, also without a window. Opposite the 2nd bedroom is the shared bathroom with a bath tub and over-head shower, heated slate floor, granite work surfaces and wood cabinets. At the end of the corridor is the den. This is a magnificent sound proof theatre room with a 120" projection screen and projector TV, a surround sound system, 7 large theatre seats and a Play Station game console with a few games. This condo is ideal for families or groups wanting luxury and space with fantastic access to the mountain and lifts.
