This townhouse is located at the top of Big White village with excellent views of the mountains and the valley. Ski in/ski out is rated to 3 star, there is a small walk to get to the top road, which will then lead you to the edge of the Mogul track, leading down to Perfection Run.The property is approximately a 10 minute walk to the village.There is parking in the heated garage for 1 vehicle, overflow parking is at Happy Valley. The garage has a door that leads to a small set of stairs taking you up to the front door of the property. There is a ski locker just to the left of the front door. Once inside you step into the entrance hallway, with heated slate floor. On this level there are two bedrooms and one bathroom.Carpeted stairs take you to the main living area, which has been tastefully decorated and has hardwood floors throughout. The large rock face gas fire gives the living room a warm cosy touch and is an ideal place for relaxing after a hard day on the slopes!The kitchen is fully equipped and is open plan to the whole living and dining area so you can still talk to your guests whilst preparing the evening meal.Off of the kitchen is a utility room with washer/dryer. Three stairs take you to a small den area, which is an ideal children's play area.The Master bedroom with en-suite and 3rd bedrooms are located to the back of the living area.Once out on the deck, which can be accessed by a door off the dining area, you are welcomed with amazing views of the Monashee Mountains, these can be enjoyed from the private hot tub on the deck.Additional extras: Nintendo Wii with games, board games and childrens toys, books, vcr and vcr films.
