Located on Perfection Ski run this lower unit of a condominium block, has excellent ski in/ski out access. This run takes you down to the three main lifts, Ridge Rocket, Snow Ghost Express and Plaza chair. You are approx a 10 minute walk to the village. Stairs lead down to the property. Once inside you are welcomed with wooden floors and great views of the Monashee Mountains.In the living room there is a gas fireplace and plenty of comfy seating. The dining table is a large rectangular wooden table with seating for 10.The door to the balcony is to the right of the dining room as this where you will find the hot tub, which gives excellent views to the mountains beyond.The kitchen is open plan to the dining room so you can chat to your guests whilst preparing dinner!On the the entrance level you also have a bathroom and a den. The den is not a separate area, it is to the right of the kitchen and is purely an area with a leather pull out sofa.Downstairs you have 2 bedrooms, 1 with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has a double over double bunk. Parking is provided for 1 vehicle in the garage. Any excess vehicles must be parked at Happy Valley.
