At over 1800 sq/ft, this is a spacious top floor unit in a four plex. Ski out access to the ski hill is down Snow Pines Road to the ski run that leads to Snow Ghost, Ridge Rocket and Plaza Chair, this will take 5 minutes if the roads are covered in snow (Snow Pines Estates have a policy not to sand the roads so that they can be used by skiers and snowboarders), if there is no snow on the road it is an easy walk down to the ski run and it will take 10 minutes. Ski in access is from Serwa’s (a green run from the top of the mountain) Simply take a right turn when you see the exit sign for Snow Pines Estates, and when you meet the road cross it and come down Snow Pines Road and down to the chalet, this will take 3 minutes if snow on road, if no snow the walk is 10 minutes. To get to the village center there is a very pretty lit walking path (groomed by snow cats every evening) that will take 20 minutes or you can catch the free Big White shuttle bus. The bus stop is located at the end of Lower Snow Pines Road, 5 minute walk from the chalet.Parking is available for 2 cars off the road. More cars and you will need to park them in the free Snow Pines over flow car park. The chalet is a spacious 1800 sq/ft top floor apartment in a four –plex. To gain entry walk down the metal steps to the front door. The hallway has a slate floor, 2 benches, lots of hooks and double height roof, carpeted stairs lead up to the main living room floor. The ground floor level: From the hallway at the end of the passage is the master bedroom with queen bed, chest of draws with TV on top, built in cupboard, its own private balcony with patio door, en-suite bathroom with large shower; the bedroom left of the hallway has a queen bed, chest of draws & TV, built in closet, bedside tables, small window looks out onto slope by front door; the bedroom in the middle has a queen with single over, 2 bedside table, small chest of draws and small window over look adjacent building; full bathroom with bath tub and shower over head slate floor, located between the 2nd and 3rd bedroom. Second level:On the second floor the living areas have wood floors, large vaulted roof over the lounge with river rock gas fire place. The kitchen is set in the middle with Centre Island with breakfast bar and bar stools. The kitchen comes fully equipped with everything to cook gourmet meals. The dining table has 8 chairs. The balcony door is between the lounge and dining table, where the hot tub is located with fantastic views of the forest and the Monashee Mountains beyond. The lounge has 2 large sofas, coffee table and TV with VCR/DVD player. A passage leads to the 4th bedroom with queen wicker bed, bedside tables, TV and small window overlooks Snow Pines Road. Next door is 3rd bathroom with shower only. The washer dryer is in a closet beside bathroom.
