The Crescent is a beautiful new 8 condo building with a large heated underground car park. The condo is located on the first floor corner facing the Monashee Ranges. Enter into a heated slate floor hallway; a passage leads down to shared bathroom with steam shower, large cupboard with washer/dryer and a bedroom at the end. The bedroom has a bunk (queen with single over), cupboard and large window facing south; from the hallway step onto hardwood floors that take you to the main living area. The kitchen has stainless steel appliances, wooden cabinetry, polished granite work surfaces with a breakfast bar and bar stools, plus all the equipment needed. The dining table is set in its own area. The lounge has leather couches set round a rough granite flagstone fire place and flat screen TV. The deck is situated right next to the lounge and from here look onto Whitehorse Lane, Rockridge Court and beyond the Monashee Mountains. The master bedroom is right of the dining area and has a queen bed, private bathroom with bath tub. The buildings’ ski access is on the same floor as the condo and takes you right onto the groomed run ‘Village Way’, for your convenience the is a ski/board rack at this door.
