For entertainment Peaks Landing offers books, puzzles, a foosball and game table in the walk-out basement level, an open floor plan, and spacious decks. The decks and balcony, along with the great views, are great for relaxing.

Cancellation / Transfer Policy:
If a confirmed reservation is cancelled or transferred, a processing fee of $50.00 and the $20.00 Reservation Fee plus applicable North Carolina State Sales Tax will be charged against the Advance Confirmation Deposit. If the cancellation occurs less than 30 days prior to arrival, all funds received will be forfeited, unless the property can be re-rented for the cancelled period for the full rent amount. Please allow 30 days from the date we receive your cancellation notice for any of the Advance Confirmation Deposit to be returned (applicable only if the unit was re-rented).
