Mount Nebo Cabin -- 3 Bedroom/2Bath
You’ll feel like you’ve glimpsed the Promised Land at Mount Nebo Cabin! This 3 bedroom/2 bath log cabin is just a few minutes outside of Bryson City. The living room has a beautiful wood-burning fireplace and satellite TV with a gorgeous mountain view coming in through the large windows. The dining room table and breakfast bar seat up to ten people allowing everyone to get to eat at the table. The master bedroom is upstairs in the loft and has a king bed and has a private bath with dual sinks. The second bedroom downstairs has a queen sized bed, while the third bedroom has two twins. The second bathroom, which is downstairs, also has two sinks and a shower/tub combination. A sleeper sofa in the living room makes this lovely cabin sleep up to eight.
The spacious and charming kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, cooking and eating utensils, dishes, a refrigerator, a stove and oven, a coffee maker, microwave, and more. The pleasant décor of Mount Nebo Cabin matches the view which can be enjoyed from the screened porch with its rockers. In the yard you can enjoy the fire pit and a game of horseshoes. Throughout the year, Bryson City has many festivals celebrating local culture and natural beauty making it the Outdoor Adventure Capital of the Great Smoky Mountains according to Sports Afield Magazine. The Great Smoky Mountain Rail Road in Bryson City has rides to delight both adults and children. For nightlife, there is the Smoky Mountain Community Theater, movie theaters in Sylva and in Cherokee, Karaoke at Mickey’s Pub in Bryson City, Harrah’s Casino in Cherokee, music jams, Car Shows and more! Outdoor activities abound from gem-mining and horse back riding to jet-skiing and SCUBA diving at Fontana Lake. Amusement Parks nearby include Dollywood in Tennessee (just a scenic drive through the National Park), Santa’s Land in Cherokee, and Ghost Town in Maggie Valley.
