Three bedroom two 1/2 bath home nestled in quiet Wild Dunes Beachwood West. First floor features living room, eat in kitchen, den w/SS, half bath, laundry and wonderful screened porch. Upstairs are three bedrooms - Master (Q) w/private bath and private screen porch, Other bedrooms (D, TT) share hall bath. Our beautiful beach is a block away with easy access between BWW 7 & 8 to main beach path. This home is also very close to the new Village at Wild Dunes where you can shop, dine or indulge yourself with a spa treatment. Linens Included. Parking fortwo cars in front of home and another space in front of garage. Fireplace and garage not usable. No smoking or pets. * This is a Sunday to Sunday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day; 3 night minimum in off season (Cleaning Fee of $215.50 is added to 3 and 4 night rentals).*
