Enjoy beautiful lagoon views from the back deck or relax in the spacious interior featuring beautiful wood floors throughout the open living area with ceiling fans and a fireplace. Othe features include: small den/sunroom off the living room with a piano and bay windows looking out to the tropical lagoon, large, fully equiped kitchen and seperate dining area. Linens Included. No smoking please! Garage is NOT available for guest use. *This home rents from Saturday to Saturday from Memorial day to Labor day; 3 night minimum in off season.* ---LAYOUT--- Bedroom 1: Downstairs; Queen; Shares full bath with Bedroom 2; TV. Bedroom 2: Downstairs; 1 Queen and 1 Twin; Shares full bath with Bedroom 1; TV. Bedroom 3: Downstairs; King; Full private bath; TV/DVD. Bedroom 4: Upstairs; 2 Twins. Bedroom 5: Upstairs; King; TV. Additional bathrooms: Half bath located downstairs, Full bath (shower only) located upstairs. Dining area: seats 8 with 2 additional barstools. TV/DVD in living room.
