Other features include: patio, fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, jacuzzi tub in master bedroom, cable television, DVD player, telephone and television in each bedroom and access to community pool. 2,445 square feet. Linens included. No smoking. No pets. *This home is a Saturday to Saturday rental from Memorial Day to Labor Day; 3 night minimum in the off season.* ----LAYOUT---- Bedroom 1: 1st floor; 2 Queens; Shares full bath with hall; TV. Bedroom 2: 2nd floor; 2 Queens; Full private bath; TV. Bedroom 3: 2nd floor; 2 Doubles; Full private bath; TV. Bedroom 4: 3rd floor; King; Full private bath (jacuzzi tub/stand alone shower); TV. Dining area: seats 6, with additional seating for 4 at bar.
