Downtown Los Barriles is only a 5km drive away...go for Baja fish tacos or a drink at our famous Tio Pablo's.

Casa Alta Vista is a fully furnished home, designed by the owners as their own residence. It features a great room with windows on all sides so you have a great view from any place, a living room with a kiva fireplace, a large dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a balcony on the sea side and a large protected patio on the desert side that afford unequaled comfort.
The house has a large flat-screen satellite TV, DVD/CD player with surround BOSE speakers, DSL internet access and local phone. The whole house ahs filtered water and double filtered drinking water. There is a washer and dryer (an outside clothesline too) available for you to use. On the main floor the property has two bedrooms with queen size beds and two full bathrooms. OUtdoor living - so pleasant in Baja - is maximized wth easy access to balcony and patios. Oh, the patio has a Castings gas grill - for your fresh catch or try a delicious mexican Arrachera steak.

The casita on the lower level looks onto the garden and sea. It contains a bedroom with queen bed, bathroom, a kitchenette and a living room. The casita can be rented seperately or as part of the whole house - nice for two generation families. All bedrooms are airconditioned. All bathrooms have large, open showers. Both levels have terra cotta tile floors and use lots of Talavera tile.

At the end of the day, as the sun goes down, relax on the balcony and watch the sky and the sea perform their magic color show...Or go up to the rooftop terrace for 360 views and the magnificent sunset over the desert.
