This 3 bedroom villa offers a comfortable living area with plenty of seating for family get togethers. In addition to 3 bar stool seats looking into the kitchen, the villa offers a 6 place dining area in addition to an outdoor table with 4 chairs for dining on the screened porch. There is an additional deck off of the living area with outdoor seating as well.
The living/dining areas and the screened porch and deck offer golf and lagoon views to be enjoyed by all.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to serve family and friends during your stay. The dining room is adjacent to the kitchen and is the perfect spot to enjoy your meals after a day at the beach.

The master bedroom, located upstairs, offers a king size bed and private bathroom with separate tub and shower. Two bedrooms are located downstairs with one bedroom offering two twin beds and a bathroom with a tub/shower combination. The third bedroom offers a queen bed and also has a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

This villa is also fully furnished with a washer and dryer.
