Seascapes At Pacific Crest Condos - Historic Nye Beach in Newport, OR. 1 bedroom, 2nd floor condo with fabulous views of the Newport Coast line and Yaquina Lighthouse. This unit is unique from others in the building, with a North view window, providing some of the best views in Nye Beach! Spacious living room, dining and kitchen, which is fully equipped with all you will need to cook a romantic dinner for two or a family meal! Sliding glass door leads to a cozy balcony deck. Beach access is right on the property with stairs leading down to miles and miles of sandy beaches. Explore the quaint Historic Nye Beach area of Newport, where you will find wonderful restaurants, shops, wine tasting, art galleries and so much to do! You may enjoy the shared swimming pool and outdoor hot tub during the summer months. There are laundry facilities on site. You may bring your well-behaved dog to this second-floor condo, with payment of the additional $50 pet cleaning fee. Please plan to crate your dog in the unit, to avoid muddy or sandy paw prints on the lightly colored carpet or to provide your dog with a secure place to rest while you are exploring the local Nye Beach area. All dog owners are required to pick up after their own animals on the condo property and on the public beaches. Thank you.
