New Construction built in 2004! This is a very large 5 bedroom home with all the amenities expected for a Home of Distinction: unique floor plan with separate wings, stainless steel appliances, gas fireplaces, high vaulted ceilings, upscale furnishings... too much to list everything! The private outdoor courtyard/patio has a covered area with a gas fireplace and a nice open area to enjoy the sunshine. This does have a TV in every room as well.

Like many of my fellow Sunriver owners I have partnered with Destination Resorts Sunriver (DRH), a Sunriver based company that has been providing excellent service to Sunriver owners and their guests. Their guest care encompasses Front Desk (check-in and registration), Housekeeping, Maintenance, and Concierge Services. As a central point of contact, the Front Desk team is available seven days a week to address your requests and inquiries. Extra, even daily, Housekeeping services can be arranged (at an additional cost). In the unlikely event a maintenance issue arises, an on-call Maintenance team will be dispatched. You will have a personal concierge service at no additional charge. Your Cabin Master will offer all the advice you need during your stay, from the best restaurants to the most unique day trips and activities Sunriver has to offer. Pre-trip planning and personal arrangements, such as grocery shopping, private chefs, and in home masseuses are just a few of the benefits you may take advantage of. Upon arrival, your Cabin Master will be ready to greet you with a tour of the property and review all the week’s activates and reservations. The bottom line is you get VRBO rates with the peace of mind of an excellent local guest services team.
