Beautiful large home in Wild Dunes directly across the street from beach access path. This home features a reverse floor plan with the living room (with Sleeper Sofa), dining room, kitchen and one bedroom (2 Twins) w/ full private bath (shower only) and TV on the main floor (2nd floor) along with the den (Sleeper Sofa) and half bath (off kitchen), long open porch, roof top deck and screened porch w/table and chairs also on this level. The first floor consists of master bedroom (King) w/ large private bath and TV, another bedroom (Queen) w/ full private bath (shower only) and TV, two joined rooms (1 w/ Double bed- this is a converted office - and 1 w/ a Twin bed --- you must walk through the bedroom w/ double bed to get to other bedroom) which share a full bath, and sunroom which features a bar area w/sink, TV sitting area and game table; Flat screen TV/DVD/VCR in the living room; two car garage and shower room under the house. This home is approximately 4,446 sq ft. Linens Included. No Smoking. No Pets. *Sunday to Sunday rental from Memorial day to Labor day; 3 night minimum in off season.*
